Meet Alex Scott

Alex Scott is a professional bassist, drummer and producer based out of Denver, CO. As a freelance artist, he performs and tours regularly with a wide variety of groups, having the honor of working with members of Blues Traveler, Thievery Corporation, Ween, Blood Sweat and Tears and most recently the Jonny Mogambo Band. Alex also works extensively in the studio, including producing commercial content for national brands such as FOX and Ellis Jewelers.

After trying drums, guitar and keyboards all before age 10, Alex fell in love with the bass guitar at 11. His father, longtime Colorado musician and producer Joe Scott (Wind Machine, Acoustic Eidolon) fostered a great adoration for music in Alex, which inevitably became a full-time career. He's been making waves in the Colorado music scene ever since. Alex has been the lead engineer, mixing and helping to produce the most recent original recording by the Jonny Mogambo Band.
